发展历程

规范办会，提升商会综合服务能力

2009年，广东商会被省民政厅评为首批广东省4A级社会组织荣誉。

2014年8月，商会积极参加复评工作，按照“依法办会、规范运作、能力建设、发挥作用、社会评价”五个方面的评审指标要求，积极筹备迎评工作；2015年1月接受了专家组的材料审查和实地考核，专家们对商会作了全面深入的了解，并对商会工作给予了充分的肯定。

2015年8月31日，广东省民政厅公布了经全省性社会组织评估委员会全体会议审定、公示的社会组织评估等级结果：广东省缝制设备商会获得5A等级社会组织，这也是社会组织等级评估的最高等级。

商会与香港讯通公司联合主办的中国（东莞）国际纺织制衣工业技术展览会（DTC）暨华南国际缝制设备展览会（SCISMA）,自双方合作以来，充分发挥各自的优势资源，实现了整合行业区域展览市场、减轻参展企业负担的目的，也促进了华南地区乃至全国缝制设备行业的健康发展；SCISMA现已成为华南地区规模最大、影响力最强的行业展会。

商会从获得的SCISMA展览服务收入中直接补贴参展会员企业，从2007年至2015年，一共补贴322家/次，补贴金额92万元。

商会自2007年获得中国缝制机械协会授权组团参加CISMA展会以来，积极做好各项服务工作，为会员及广东行业企业提供参展便利。

在CISMA展会的组团工作中，商会积极组织行业企业参展报名，通过短信、微信、电话、邮件、商会网站、合作媒体等通讯平台，及时传递展会资讯；协助展商进行展前准备工作、展位沟通协调、会刊广告刊登，以及现场报到手续办理、协调特装展位搭建及标准展位用电申请等工作，为展商顺利参展提供助力。

为减轻参展企业的负担，商会从获得的CISMA组团综合服务费中，拿出50%补贴参展会员单位（包括标准展位），充分发挥商会服务会员、服务行业的作用。

开通法律咨询服务

从2013年起，商会开启为会员单位负责人提供法律咨询的服务项目。商会聘请广东胜伦律师事务所作为常年法律顾问，根据会员单位在实际经营中遇到的劳动合同问题、购销合同问题、租赁合同问题、追收货款问题等，定期安排律师在线答疑；并通过网站、电子邮件、短信、QQ、微信等通讯载体发送法律电子刊物、专题知识讲座等信息。

商会和法律顾问单位根据历次答疑的情况汇总，装订成法律答疑问题集，以便会员单位负责人全面了解行业企业普遍关注的法律问题及相关解答。

商会从会员单位法律需求及展会法律服务配套的实际情况出发，自第九届华南国际缝制设备展览会（SCISMA2014）开始，在展会现场特设法律服务点，安排知识产权专心律师驻场，现场及时处理专利权、合同、劳资等多项法律纠纷。
